When you purchase your jewelry from Soraya Veldhuizen, you can be confident that:

There is always personal contact. With over 10 years of professional experience in the business world, Soraya takes customer communication seriously—swift response times, clear communication, and a commitment to follow through.
Your jewelry is crafted with love and meticulous attention to detail.
Your jewelry is made from real gold. Soraya exclusively works with 14k and 18k gold in various color tones, including yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

Soraya operates from her home studio. Despite not working with physical inventory, Soraya Veldhuizen has decided to keep her address private for security reasons.

All jewelry items from Soraya Veldhuizen are crafted from 14k or 18k gold. Soraya Veldhuizen does not sell gold-plated or hollowed-out jewelry.

Please note: The golden hoops, however, are hollow.

Generally, no. Soraya Veldhuizen does not work with pre-made stock. Once you place and pay for your order, your jewelry is handcrafted with care by Soraya. The average processing time is therefore 2-4 weeks. Soraya makes every effort to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible 🙂

Soraya Veldhuizen's jewelry is priced based on its inherent value. Each piece is crafted from genuine gold (14k/18k) and is meticulously handmade by Soraya herself. The cost encompasses not only the materials, including gold and gemstones, but also accounts for the artisanal craftsmanship involved. The time required to forge each piece is carefully calculated. Furthermore, Soraya invests in honing her skills, acquiring quality tools, and ensuring thoughtful packaging, among other considerations.

Every piece of jewelry is crafted with immense attention and love by Soraya, with the intention that it be cherished for a lifetime, preferably even longer!

Soraya provides complimentary standard shipping for all orders within the Netherlands, using PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code, but please note that your package is not additionally insured. If you wish to insure your package, you can choose Registered Shipping or Insured Shipping at checkout, and the associated costs will be at your expense.

Orders exceeding 750 euros are always shipped for free with insurance.

Shipping costs to international destinations vary by country and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Whether your order is a gift or not, all orders are beautifully packaged :). With each order, you receive a handwritten card in calligraphy, either for yourself or the recipient (please provide the name at checkout).

If your order is a gift and you'd like to add a personal touch, you can opt for the 'Calligraphy Upgrade.' Feel free to reach out to inquire about the possibilities.

All jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by Soraya, including both items from the shop and custom-made pieces. The current delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Soraya aims to dispatch your jewelry as promptly as possible! 🙂

When a package is handed over to the delivery service, it is challenging to provide an exact timeframe for how long shipping to your location will take. Outside the EU, delivery times depend on customs processes in both the Netherlands and the destination country, overall demand, and the efficiency of the local delivery service.

Please note: Customs inspections to the United States are particularly rigorous, which may result in extended shipping times.

Soraya wants every customer to be happy with their jewelry and wear it with pride and joy. If your size isn't right, Soraya will make adjustments free of charge (one-time). Any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
