SV – Soraya Veldhuizen’s General Terms and Conditions, found on this page, apply to all orders, products, agreements, custom orders, and deliveries by SV. This covers both webshop orders and custom requests. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and Order
The agreement becomes binding upon placing your order in the webshop and/or upon the approval of a custom order via email. After receiving your payment or deposit, SV – Soraya Veldhuizen will process your order and craft your piece. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
Website images may slightly differ from the delivered product. All jewelry is handmade, resulting in unique pieces. This applies to natural elements like gemstones. SV – Soraya Veldhuizen strives to produce end products as identical as possible, but minimal variations are to be expected.
All prices on the website are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and shipping costs (international shipping is not free of charge). SV – Soraya Veldhuizen reserves the right to modify website text and images without prior notice.
SV – Soraya Veldhuizen can adjust prices in the webshop, with the current gold price being the determining factor. Confirmed, placed, and approved orders are exempt from these changes.
